In this course we will be using the Japanese energy centers referred to as the Three Diamonds.

1. The Heavenly

2. The Heart

3. The Har

If you have never heard of the Three Diamonds, you may be familiar with the Chakra System of Energy. Just as the Chakras are like hypothetical ‘wheels’ of energy spinning in our bodies that help the flow of energy move through us; the Three Diamonds work in the same way. They are an important component to Reiki Energy healing. We will be covering these Japanese energy centers and how they correlate to the seven main charkas such as Crown, Third Eye, Throat, Heart, Solar Plexus, Sacral and Root. You will have a comprehensive understanding of how these energy systems work and compliment the healing process.

Developing the Spiritual and Mental Focus

• Reiki Precepts

• Meditation Techniques to strengthen and clear your energy

• The Three Diamonds or Japanese Energetic Centers (Hara, Heart, and Heavenly)

• A Spiritual Connection of your own understanding

• A clear understanding of Spiritual Energy in your life and its benefits

• The ability to heal yourself and others using the hand positions on or near the body

• Mantras and Symbols

• Reiju (Spiritual Blessing) also known as an attunement

Your Reiju/Attunement Ceremony

• Although Reiki is not a religion, part of becoming a Level I Reiki Practitioner, is receiving Reiju (a Spiritual blessing) or being ‘attuned’ (to become one with the creator). As part of this course, your Master/Teacher, Michelle Islas will perform your Reiju/attunement to prepare you for the journey ahead.

• Your Reiju/attunement will be conducted virtually.

• You are invited to prepare for your blessing by eating well on the day of the attunement, drinking plenty of water to stay hydrated, and relaxing with prayer/meditation/silence prior to the training. This will assist you to be open and willing to accept the Universal Life Force Energy you are being attuned to and receive it back into your life.

Important Note: Receiving Reiju will realign you, enabling you to remember your true path, source, and spirit. It will assist you in developing into an effective energy practitioner for yourself and others. If you are not used to energy work, a Reiju/attunement can stimulate your energy and emotions. This process is very elevating, but you need to be aware that you may experience ‘shifts’ in your energy and emotions following your blessing.

During the attunement and in the weeks following, it is important that you make wise lifestyle choices; rest, eat and drink well, and be kind to your mind, body, and soul.

**Due to COVID 19 Protocols, all students will receive Reiju/attunement virtually.

Further Learning

• You are encouraged to practice the Shoden Level I for at least 21 days before applying for the next level of Reiki Practitioner Certification which is Okuden or Reiki Level II.

• As an energy worker, it is also important that you continue to learn and grow, both mentally and spiritually, to ethically serve your clients.

• There are many other techniques and modalities you can incorporate into your life to enhance your personal growth.
